Cement Australia Sand & Cement is a convenient, general-purpose mortar mix manufactured from a carefully proportioned blend of graded sands and cement. Designed for both trade and DIY applications, it provides a consistent and workable mix suited to a wide range of landscaping, plumbing, paving and repair jobs. Common applications include setting shower bases and toilet pans, bedding and joint filling pavers, garden edging, rockeries, general bricklaying and patching or repairing concrete, brickwork and rendered surfaces.

Supplied as a pre-blended Just Add Water mix, Sand & Cement is easy to prepare on site and helps maintain consistent proportions from batch to batch. Approximately 3.5 litres of clean water per 20kg bag is added gradually until a workable mortar consistency is achieved, with care taken not to over-water the mix as this can reduce final strength. A 20kg bag produces approximately 7.5 litres of mortar and covers around 1.1m² at 10mm thickness.
