Cement Australia Concrete Mix is a high-quality, general-purpose premixed concrete designed for smaller jobs around the home, garden and worksite. Manufactured from a consistent blend of General Purpose cement, sand and aggregate, it provides reliable workability and dependable performance for applications including paths, garden edges, small slabs, footings, fence posts and pergola uprights.

Supplied as a convenient Just Add Water mix, Concrete Mix is easy to prepare in either a concrete mixer or wheelbarrow. Cement Australia recommends approximately 1.75 litres of clean water per 20kg bag, with only small additional amounts added if required to achieve a workable consistency. Once placed and finished, the concrete should be kept moist for approximately 7 days to support maximum strength development.

Cement Australia advises that excessive water can reduce the quality and strength of the finished concrete. Where the product is being used around aluminium posts or poles, suitability should first be confirmed with the aluminium manufacturer or supplier. Concrete should also generally not be mixed or placed in temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C.
