Boral Blue Circle® Concrete Mix is a high-quality, ready-to-use general-purpose concrete mix designed for a wide range of residential, trade and landscaping applications. Manufactured from a carefully proportioned blend of cement, graded sands and dry aggregate, it provides reliable strength, durability and workability for everyday concreting jobs including footpaths, small slabs, footings, garden edging, bases and general concrete work. Its high cement content also provides good finishing properties, making it suitable for both professional tradespeople and DIY applications.

Supplied as a pre-blended mix requiring only the addition of clean water, Blue Circle® Concrete Mix is convenient and easy to prepare on site. As a guide, Boral recommends approximately 2 litres of water per 20kg bag, added gradually until a workable consistency is achieved, with care taken not to over-water the mix. When correctly mixed, placed and cured under normal conditions, the product typically achieves approximately 20 MPa compressive strength, providing a dependable solution for general-purpose concrete applications.

Always follow Boral’s current Product Data Sheet for water ratios, preparation, mixing, placement and curing requirements. Fresh concrete should be protected from moisture loss and Boral recommends curing for a minimum of seven days. Wear suitable protective equipment and refer to the current Safety Data Sheet before use.
