It is very rare for the wrong item to be shipped out, or packaged for your pickup. But sometimes his can happen due to human error.
If you believed you were sent or picked up the wrong item, please send a photo of the item(s) and invoice number details on the packaging to us in the contact us section of our website.
If we believe the item isn’t correct to the tax invoice at the time of ordering, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and the wrong one returned to us.
Simply notify us within 7 days of receipt of the delivery or pickup. Please note that if the incorrect product(s) have been ordered no refund is possible.
Once we have received the products we will confirm the receipt and carry out a validation of the request. If the wrong item has been shipped or dispatched then we will refund any postage or courier costs to you. Depending on your bank, refunds take up to 14 business days for the funds to be returned into your account.
