Crosbe CROSfill® 570 Ultra-Flow & Cure is a rapid-setting, high-strength cementitious grout specifically developed for applications requiring exceptional flowability, fast strength gain and reliable structural support. Its advanced formulation provides excellent dimensional stability in both the plastic and hardened states, making it ideal for securing core-drilled glass spigots, balustrade posts, anchor bolts and other precision grouting applications where rapid setting is essential.

Designed to be mixed to either a paste or highly flowable consistency, CROSfill® 570 offers excellent versatility for both anchoring and patching applications. It sets hard in approximately 20–30 minutes under suitable conditions and develops impressive early compressive strength, making it particularly suitable for time-sensitive installations. Supplied as a pre-blended powder requiring only the addition of clean water, it provides consistent performance across grouting depths from 10mm to 100mm.

When grouting aluminium components, ensure the aluminium is anodised, painted or sealed to prevent direct contact with the grout.
