We offer a wide variety of custom order colours across our clothesline range, making it easier to coordinate your clothesline with your fencing, roofing, home exterior or surrounding outdoor area. We understand that the finishing details matter, especially when you are trying to achieve a consistent look across a new build, renovation or backyard project, which is why additional colour options are available beyond our standard stocked range. 

Custom coloured clotheslines are special-order products with an estimated 2–3 week lead time. As these units are specifically manufactured and powdercoated to the selected colour, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled or refunded once the order has been confirmed. It is essential that the order should be carefully checked prior to confirmation of the order.

The 2400x1500mm Wall Mounted Clothesline is a strong, practical and space-efficient drying solution suited to backyards, patios, courtyards, balconies, side access areas and laundries. Handcrafted from Australian galvanised steel with a durable powdercoated finish, the galvanised frame is designed for long-term outdoor use while providing the strength required for everyday washing, towels, bedding and larger household laundry loads. The frame measures 2400mm wide x 1500mm deep and features 12 individual lines, providing approximately 21.7 metres of total hanging space.

The convenient fold-down design allows the clothesline to sit flat against the wall when not in use, helping maximise usable space without sacrificing drying capacity. Designed for secure mounting to a suitable solid wall or structural post, the galvanised steel construction provides a sturdy alternative to lightweight plastic-framed clotheslines, while the powdercoated finish adds additional protection against everyday weather exposure.

Maintenance & Care

While our wall-mounted washing lines are made to endure Australia’s toughest weather conditions, a little routine care will help keep yours performing and looking its best for years to come.

• Regular Cleaning — Every few months, give your clothesline a quick wipe-down with mild soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge or some wet disinfectant wipes. This removes dust and bird droppings.
• Protect the Finish — The powder-coated surface is tough, but avoiding abrasive brushes, high-pressure cleaners or harsh chemicals will help preserve the coating’s colour and gloss. A gentle clean is all it needs to stay looking new.
• Inspect Fittings — Check all bolts, screws and wall brackets periodically to ensure everything remains tight and secure. Over time, exposure to the elements can cause slight loosening. Tightening these helps maintain the clothesline’s stability and prevents unnecessary wear. Make sure once a year to lubricate with a few drops both stays (mechanism) that are holding the arms with Industrial Oil (see sticker)
• Fold with Care — Always raise and lower the frame gently from the middle of the Spreader bar (as sticker attached), especially when the line is loaded with heavier laundry. This prevents strain on the joints and ensures the folding action remains smooth.
• Seasonal Attention — After heavy rain, strong winds or extended dry periods, inspect your wall-mounted clothesline for any dirt buildup or signs of wear. A quick clean and check preserves the coating and extends the life of your clothesline.
